Hi Chris,
Cress Marsh is certainly a "strange" site when it comes to waders!
May see you down there during the week. If you can bring a Spotted Crake or Glossy Ibis with you - great , however, at the moment I would be more than happy with a few Blackwit or Curlew on site!

Hi Jon,
Disappointing to read that whilst wader migration is in full swing the only wader on site was the long-staying (presumed injured) Golden Plover.
i was at Donna Nook last week and despite the majority of the realignment being dry I still managed to reach double figures in wader species including: Wood, Green & Common Sand, LRP and Little Stint.
Clearly something still isn’t quite right for attracting waders to Cress.
I’ll pop in over the next few days - maybe a Spotted Crake will have dropped in![;-) ;-)]()
