Had 3/4 hr on site this morning.
Pleased to say there is now water in the scrapes (best I’ve seen); the ground is no longer parched; water level in lagoon is still low but better than it has been recently.
Was about to remonstrate with a man and his Rottweiler dog wandering across the scrapes near car park, when it transpired he had been involved with digging the site. Apparently seeding has not yet taken place due to unsuitable weather.
There were a few passerines...... more Meadow Pipits than I’ve seen for a while.
On lagoon: 1 Shelduck and 1 Little Egret .. nil else
Overhead : Kestrel, Peregrine, Buzzard
On way back to car... 1 RP on scrape

Had an hour at dinnertime today. No workmen or work evident near car park, surrounding fields or lagoon.
Very disappointing with no birds on the lagoon at all, only a couple of woodies on the edge. Water level very low.
Managed a couple of buzzards on walk to hide and fortunately had good views of peregrine firstly scattering large flock of woodies over field in front of Lenzing, and then to left of hide flying up toward power station towers.
