If Nick hadn't come clean, I wonder what the county rarities committee would have made of the rare duck.
Now perhaps he could create an imaginary UK birding habitat (preferably in Lincolnshire) and fill it with tanagers, hummingbirds and perhaps the odd black woodpecker or two.
With so many exotic birding holidays cancelled, Nick could create - and sell - a virtual alternative.
He could be a triple-billionaire by Easter.

I’m sorry Joy. Yes, it was an April fool. I worked in graphic design, so quite easy for me to photoshop the pictures.
Wouldn’t it have been a coupe though to see something as rare at Cress!
