Song Thrush - one pair feeding worms to one juv (enjoyed watching them)
Goldfinch - 4
Chiffchaff - 1
Crow - 4
Hobby - 1
Wood Pigeon - 2
House Martin - 4
Cetti's Warbler - 1 sounded off behind car, brill.
Sparrowhawk - 1
Saw quite a few dragons etc both here and Nebraska. Will enter in other sections.
An excellent day despite the hot weather, at both areas I managed to park in shade.

Made early start to Nebraska Wetlands: 09:00 - 13:00 hot, sunny and nice breeze, water level fine but lack of birds to start with increasing steadily.

Woodlands Crematorium Scunthorpe: May 15th
Visited one of my parents and took binos, saw Buzzard low over, 6 Magpies all taking food other side of graves assume just there, also doing same were several Jackdaws, two Blackbirds, Crows, two Robins and three Wood Pigeons.
Spent thirty minutes on bench viewing birds and woodlands. During 1950s this area was all woodlands and it was one of my play areas with a den for me and pals. Had my first Yellowhammers here so seeing them anywhere always reminds me of happy times.
