I'd be pleased with that - they're delightful but such fidgety little birds.

Feb 23rd: 7 species.
Feb 24th: 8 species.
Feb 25th: 11 species.
Feb 26th: 11 species.
Feb 27th: 14 species including 2 - Great Tit, 3 - Blue Tit, Pair Blackbirds checking out possible nesting sites in front garden, 12 - Spuggies bit lower than normal, 8 - Feral Pigeons also lower than normal, 3 - Chaffinches, Common Gull - 2, Robin, Dunnock - 2, Jackdaw - 19, Goldfinch, Greenfinch - 3, Sparrowhawk - 2 and the highlight of my day was watching the c1000 Starling murmaration about 200 yards away and my disappointment at trying to film them but not as good as I would have liked, they did come within 100 yards but by time I had got outside they had gone over the houses, did next best thing and watched with me bins. May not have been the thousands appearing in Lincoln and at Far Ings but am well pleased! Very rare to see this number congregate very close to me house.

Feb 21st:
Reed Bunting on usual fat balls plus tried the other one, got a pics again. Spotted a Blue Tit bathing in pond and got a video. Two Great Tit and Two Chaffinch on black sunflower seeds, Greenfinch returned, two Wood Pigeons, 16 Feral Pigeons.
At 17:30 as I was returning home from birding spotted a mini-murmaration of c1000 Starlings sky dancing quite close to my abode, enjoyed that.

For last few days daresay the bunting could have visited every day but am going through my extreme tiredness period so not seeing daylight till after midday most days, be pleased when it ends so I can get out watching on my patch.
Feb 17th:
Lesser Black-backed Gull came very low, not seen one over for ages plus eight other species.
Feb 18th:
Reed Bunting on fat ball feeder at 13:00. A Blue Tit kept popping in 2021/2 "Great Tit" nesting box so its original owner needs to be putting a claim in quick sharp! Also had eight other species.
Feb 19th: a pair of Blackbirds enjoying some apples I put out everyday along with fat balls I chuck out. Other than that nowt much. Will fill feeders tomorrow.

Feb 12th: Spotted Wren in front garden plus at back & front gardens ten more species.
Feb 13th: Reed Bunting on usual fat ball feeder plus nine more species.
Feb 14th: Reed Bunting on fat ball feeder again, it having to take a backward step each time two Jackdaws came on it, also a Goldcrest came for a bath in the pond, for months been cossing the leaves that are full to top, now am pleased cos it allows the Goldcrest chance to bathe on its own, also had Three Dunnock all feeding more or less together. in total had eleven species.
Feb 15th: Reed Bunting back on the fat ball feeder at 10.00 plus usual gang.
Enjoying the long stay of the Bunting, in past they come for one or two days and then leave.
Reminds me of other long-stayers like the Redpoll, Brambling etc. And the occasional visits of Yellowhammer, Tree Sparrow, Woodcock to name but a few!
Regards
John
