Yes these look very much like the group that use to frequent Humberston Pools , I have searched back and entries # 3167 by myself (with pics ) in August of last year and comments by Peter Crick #3084 #3173 with possible sightings in New Waltham . I have not seen this group on Humberston Pools for several months now .

These look very similar to the geese hybrids at the Cleethorpes boating lake. I watched them over a period of about a month and they stick with the Greylags, which they are similar in shape and character to. I assume they are just one of those 'freaks' that appear in most species. There are similar oddities among the Barnacles too.
I have seen one before at Cress, so would expect they are local and follow the flocks all over the local area.

These white geese are also at Cress Marsh with Greylags. Any ideas on ID gratefully received .... hybrids/ farmyard/leucistic?

A Yellow Wagtail was on the scrapes to the left of the track at around 11.45 on Friday 9th April. I didn't get to the hide to enter the sighting, which I'm told is the first of the year there.
