Hi Phil,
One of the requirements to visit site is to read the site risk assessment, complete the form and submit it to Rachel / Sian. The forms are located in the hide.
Surprised to hear that the hide was locked as this is the first time since I started visiting the site in the summer of 2019 that I have heard of this happening. I will contact Sian to find out more!

Regards

Jon

Bumped into Rachel at the council’s deputy halfway up the path today. She said to go into the hide, pick up one of the cards she had left there, and phone Rachel to do a mandatory risk assessment (covid?) She took my name and said she would pass in on to Rachel who would expect my call. This I couldn’t do because she had locked the hide! Another chap had the same experience. Hope this saves someone a wasted visit.
