First time out for two weeks.
Sunny periods and heavy showers:
Yellowhammer - 17
Kestrel - 4 (three hunting at same time)
Magpie - 6
Linnet - 3
Sparrowhawk - 3
Feral Pigeon - c200
Common Gull - 6
Marsh Harrier - 1f
Roe Deer - 6
Mallard - 5
Chaffinch - 25
Goldfinch - 40
Buzzard - 5
Skylark - 2
Peregrine - 1
About 300 yards away perched in a small tree I could see what looked like a raptor, it was facing me and it had a white head and chest with dark wings, did my best to scope it and get positive ID but couldn't, checked guide and it looks as if it could be an Osprey but not sure.
