Stuart,
Where is your chuckle muscle, am sure you must have lost it years ago LOL. Jim asked a question about cats and birds, so both myself and NIck answered it, what's wrong with that???? I notice you didn't say anything last week when a topic about Rats came up and myself and others contributed.
The one thing this forum is lacking compared to the old forum is having fun and a good laugh, there is no wonder the younger generation don't use it!
Although this is a bird club in the main we also have sections for mammals and numerous other things which very few people use.

For once, Jim, I am in full agreement with you. This is a Forum about birds not waffle about people and their cats! Nick said all her/his cats are Queens - from vernacular I know I assume they are all homosexual!
The thread title referred to cats, so you could have just skipped the thread.
As for your vernacular... well it is obviously misplaced, all Queens would imply they were lesbians (but that would be childish comment).

It's my fault - I started the thread.
In fairness to Max and Nick, they were discussing cats from an ornithological perspective and making the point that felines vary in both their predatory instincts and their bird-catching capabilities.

Jim,
From your comments you sound as if you don't have a cat etc
. My cats chittered and snored and trumped and lots of other things that humans do. Giving cats a saucer of cream would only be a rare treat as dairy products can upset them, mine never had cream but sometimes had a wee drop of evaporated milk if I was having any with fruit.
Cheers
Max
PS: soon be the Scotland trip for you etc.
