So, this morning at Tetney reserve I encountered a woman with three Spaniels (one of which was very young) all running around off lead. When we passed on the path near the viewing platform at the far edge of the reserve, I politely told her that her dogs should be on a lead while on the reserve. She shrugged, smiled and walked on. I called after her that there are signs around the reserve stating this, and this time she said 'I always walk my dogs here, and I do it every day'.... then off she went, dogs running all over again.
