Good points, John, especially about the absence of bird deflectors.
During the consultation process, Natural England and the RSPB raised this concern, so it’s worth keeping an eye on.
Incidentally, the site has been designed by Roger Wardle who has good credentials for this sort of project.

Viewed this site on 010119 , noted that the overhead power lines especially those alongside the boundary adjacent to power station
are low and have no flag markers to warn flying birds.
Good looking site and set up for cattle grazing presumably summer and autumn? noted the fence wire is fixed to outside of posts
usual standard is to nail to inside of post so cattle pushing on wire push it on to post .
