Always good to see birders monitoring Cleethorpes shorebirds. I believe this couple to have come from the Leeds area to seek out ringed Common and Sandwich terns (of which today there were 200-plus) and waders, especially Knot but also Ringed Plovers, Dunlin, Oystercatchers, all of which were abundant at 1pm, 90 minutes after high tide.
