In my opinion it is not a Garden Warbler - there is a definite contrast between the primaries and primary coverts.  It looks more like an Acrocepholous Warbler rather than a Sylvia but I can't positively ID it - over to the experts!!!

It could be a Garden Warbler but it looks as though its got some fringing on the wings
