Can I ask, are the Binoculars the SF Victory models?

Liz did hope that a local birder would have purchased them hence the good prices but sadly little interest.
Wouldn't know how to go about Ebay/Gumtree so going to try Focalpoint next.
Regards,
Geoff.

Hi,
I've still got Bill's optics for sale and I just thought that I should put a post with what Liz would like for them.
We thought about £1250 for the bins and £400 for the scope or £1500 for them both.
There is a usable tripod and a hide clamp included with the scope.
Thanks,
Geoff Beasley

Geoff Beasley has been in touch as follows: "Liz Brooking, the late Bill's widow has asked me if I could sell his “best” optics. Some others along with some books went to the BTO, and I wondered if somebody in the Bird Club might be interested.
There is a pair of Zeiss SF 8x42 bins which retail new at about £2300 and a Opticron MM4 77GA scope with a 18-54 eyepiece and stay-on case, retails about £940.
I have found on online the same bins used price of £1750 but can’t find a used scope price.
They are both boxed in excellent condition, I don’t think he ever got round to using the scope!"
If anybody is interested in discussing these optics with Geoff he can be contacted on geoffbeasley95@gmail.com
