July 30th: Silver Y on buddleia.
Aug 2nd: The Cinnabar in dining room and a Small Blood-vein in lounge.
Aug 3rd/4th: Small Blood-vein in kitchen.
Aug 8th: The Cinnabar.
Aug 12th: New garden tick and life tick! While clearing Rosebay Willowherb found two Elephant Hawkmoth caterpillars! Blimey couldn't believe how big they are, same size as my forefinger. In all my years I've never seen any Hawkmoths either. After taking a few pics of them both I stopped cutting the willowherb down.

Regards

John

July 3rd: Small Magpie moth (pics)

July 11th - 20th: Small Blood-vein moth in lounge, and kitchen. All windows and doors were open so it had every chance to go out.
A new tick. On Saturday while making a mug of tea it somehow fell in, possibly died before it did, never had a moth in house this length of time.
