Hello John,
wow I really envy the bundle you got. You mention Hedge Brown have never heard of that and its not in my guide, its obviously got another name what is it please?

A very good day for butterflies with the following sightings

silver washed fritillary c 45, white admiral c 40, purple hairstreak 28 (some perched very close), brown hairstreak 1, 
also seen ringlet, meadow brown, hedge brown, peacock, red admiral ,brimstone, small tortoiseshell, small and large white,
small skipper, large skipper (1),  very brief views of purple emperor over tree canopy.
also 11 brown hawker, and 2 migrant hawker, and 2 common darter dragonflies .
