Aug 12th: nice surprise when a Brimstone appeared, the in your face yellow stood out next to the Large White, also Holly Blue, 3 Small White, 2 Large White & a Peacock.

July 20th: Peacock, 6 Large White & 2 Small White.
July 22nd: Small T/shell and Holly Blue plus same amount of whites as above.
July 24 & 25th: Holly Blue two each day plus same as above whites.

July 9th: Peacock.
July 17th: Large white and Speckled wood.

The amount am seeing is very poor, not seen red admiral yet, don't if I have far too many trees and shrubs, but this year must be the worst on record for the garden. My pal who lives in ashby has been getting good numbers of all sorts this year but he only has a couple of trees and almost all his garden is open whereas mine isn't!

June 5th, 6th, 8th Holly Blue each day. Oddly there is a distinct lack of butterflies here, all the flowers and shrubs in bloom but sadly nothing bar the HB!
