The low rainfall this winter after last years drought is having a strong impact on Saltfleetby nnr water levels ,
I have measured only 6mm in the past 4 weeks and water levels are falling noticeably now .
will it rain over the Bank holiday ???

Brilliant about the LRPs! Best species so far by a country mile.

A pair of Little Ringed Plover and a Dunlin were a lovely surprise today,
along with Lapwing 4, charm of Goldfinches, Skylark 3, and Herring, LBB, GBB Gulls.
Site is desperately in need of water in the lagoons with the surrounding ground being parched and cracked.
