The housebuilder really seems to have put the boot in.
One of the planning conditions for the development states: "No trees on the site shall be wilfully damaged, cut down, uprooted, pruned, felled or destroyed without the prior written consent of the planning authority."
It remains to be seen whether North East Lincolnshire Council takes tough enforcement action or whether things are discreetly swept under the carpet
