My first visit of the year today to Theddlethorpe and between Churchill and Brickyard were 15 Shore Lark and a Stonechat, a Gannet flew by.

some winter observations of note Jan/Feb.
Pink foot goose c 1800 late Dec increased to c 4000 Jan to 3rd week Feb roosting on foreshore
with them a peak count of 122 whooper and 4 bewick swans .
Total of 2 grey and 4 brown hen harriers , 2 marsh harriers , 1 short eared owl , 1 merlin 2 peregrine,
and 12 shorelarks , almost all of the above have now departed or not seen recently.
