Willow-chiff at Cleethorpes boating lake at 9am this morning.

On lake in country park, there were two gadwall - first time I have seen the species here. And along with up to a dozen tufted duck were three drake pochard.

No sign of l-t duck at Chapmans pond.

At Humberston, there were 16 shoveler on the Fitties lake - most I have seen here.

Behind Thorpe Park golf course, a lone fieldfare was feeding on a hawthorn bush. It was my first locally since the days of the best from the east.

Goldcrests seem to be in short supply this autumn.
