Yesterday lunchtime I almost trod on a Jack Snipe before it exploded into the air. it was on a field margin on the Joseph Nickerson estate near my head office. On private land I am afraid....
Also around was a peregrine and 2 lapwings at 0800 and at lunchtime 3 Chiffchaffs, 1 Blackcap, 1 Sparrowhawk ad a Common Buzzard.

Regards

Ian
