Party of 12 redwings (squeaking) in flight low over Thorpe Park golf course, Humberston, at 12.45 today.

Twenty minutes later, a skein of 40+ wild geese overhead.

So far this autumn, robins seem sparse compared with previous years. Even more so goldcrests. But it’s early days.
