Migrants on coastal patch this morning included four greenshank (vocal) two lesser whitethroat, 150+ house martins (vocal), slightly fewer swallows, one each of whitethroat, wheatear, willow warbler, yellow wagtail. Out on the mudflats, godwit, redshank and knot were abundant and restless.
Meadow pipits are returning.
