Saw this same bird this morning Jim, over the fields opposite the bank at the outflow sluice. Noticed the dangling leg. It seemed to be ok, and was dropping in to the field regularly.

If, as appears, this Marsh Harrier has a damaged leg, seizing prey must prove challenging. This bird was over a field off South Sea Lane, Humberston, this morning.
