At 11.45am today, wo Cuckoos could be seen distantly on sea buckthorrn bordering Cleethorpes saltmarsh before they both flew off calling to the high trees at the edge of the former Pleasure Island theme park.

From 1pm, ones and twos of Swifts were conspicuous as they circled over Cleethorpes.
