Would the Meadow Pipit have been so confiding had this Cuckoo been a Sparrowhawk?

The birds were on the edge of Cleethorpes saltmarsh just before 9am today.

Later, at Tetney Lock, songsters included Reed Warbler, Sedge Warbler, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, Blackcap, Whitethroat and Wren.
