Pleased to hear it, Nick. Thanks for letting me know. Thanks also to Kim for being kind enough to dash back. How thoughtful of her. By then I'd already set off for Tetney Lock (where the best I could manage were a song thrush and a mistle thrush in the allotment patch).

Jim, we managed a brief 30 second spot of it at the field at the bottom of the track. Kim dashed back to find you, I tried to find a better vantage point through the hedge... but by the time I had and Kim came back, it was nowhere to be seen!

Latest I've ever seen a Fieldfare in Lincolnshire - and there was a bonus.
These birds were in the largest of three horse fields at top of South Sea Lane, Humberston, at 1.45pm today.
