go south through grainthorpe about 0.5 miles there is a double bend in the road with a very minor road off to the left as you approach the second sharp right and follow about 1.5 miles to the pumping station and you have a clear view of the salt marsh from horseshoe point all the way to pyes hall best with the high tide, hope that helps nick good luck, regards terence  whalin

about 3hrs or so till the tide came in,
4 flocks of brents approx 400 150 200 then 50
hen harrier fem, 2 marsh harriers imm birds one was getting colour on the wing prob male, bar tailed godwit, 10 curlew, short eared owl, 2 green sands, redshanks, dunlin, knot, little egret,
linnets, wren, 6 chaffinch, yellow hammer , reed bunts, skylark singing well , 2 pied wags, cormorant, 4 shelduck, approx 15 teal, 4widgeon, dabchick 2 buzzard,oystercatcherx2, loads of wood pigeon stock doves jacdaws carrion crows pheasantmute swans x3 dadwall x4 mallard x4 a few more i might of forgot hmm senior moments regards terence whalin
