The Barnacles are still at the Boating lake, sometimes up near the lock at Tetney too. Incidentally, the Cattle egret at Rimac was also at Elm tree farm earlier... I watched it fly off from amongst the sheep toward Rimac.

The Spectacled Eider drifting across would be amazing, also a Harlequin Duck from Iceland might be nice!

Have you seen the Barnacle Goose flock that used to be at the boating lake lately?

Thanks Pete. Pintail and Garganey  are still my favourite duck species, but that might change a) if I get to see a long-tailed drake in breeding plumage and/or b) that Spectacled Eider drifts from Texel to the Lincolnshire Coast.

Excellent spot Jim, and good photos as usual.

I had a pair of Pintail at Rimac this afternoon but couldn't locate the Barnacle Geese. Also a Cattle Egret.
