Replied by Jim Wright on topic Cleethorpes sightings
Sightings this morning at the Cleethorpes Local Nature Reserve south of the leisure centre  included blackcap and several chiffchaffs with one singing.

I also glimpsed what I think was a spotted flycatcher with prey.

There was also a fair bit of other stuff flitting in and out of the brambles and buckthorn which I failed to ID - their speed of flight was twice quicker than my speed of eye!

Meanwhile, there was a single well-camouflaged wheatear on the outer beach.

Red admiral butterflies have also been plentiful in this week's sunshine.
