Cleethorpes sandwich terns

Sandwich tern numbers are now building up on Cleethorpes beach. There were at least 50, in company of black-headed gulls, near the Buck Beck outfall at 7.30am today.

Two Sandwich terns were on Cleethorpes beach near leisure this morning. First time I’ve seen them at this location in July, though they’re regular during much of August.
