Walked c 2.5 km of foreshore with rising tide 0650 to 0800

c 600 starlings, 46 black head gulls, 21 greater black backs, 11 sandwhich terns , (the first I’ve seen
on the outer beach this summer,) 7 oystercatchers, 4 curlews , the only waders seen .
