Kingfisher choked by fish was created by Julian Purvis
Unfortunately this kingfisher was found dead yesterday in the lake behind our home at South Kyme. Evidently it choked on a large fish, the size of which can be seen in pic 2. Although it is adult size the patchy blue on its back might suggest it is a juvenile.
