Not a lot showing in the showers and cold wind

Highlight was a female Mallard with five ducklings on a dew pond in the cattle paddock.  Unusual spot, but water level up due to excessive rain. Very vulnerable spot.
Common Whitethroat (gave only two bursts of song)

others were:
Blackbird 4
Cormorant 1
L W Egret 2
Crow 4
Greenfinch 1m
Pheasant 1 m
Robin 1
Wren 1
House Sparrow  only 1m
Goldfinch 3

High Flying Celebration Balloon with large inflated Seahorse attached at approx 200 metres high. Large 50th Birthday Imprinted.
Couldn’t read the bit about “only use with a responsible adult”
