Had a good morning at the yacht club end of the reserve today. High tide, which was quite low and left some of the sandbars exposed. On the reserve itself noted:
35 Widgeon
22 Teal
6 Gadwall
8 Little Egrets
24 Red shank
3 BT Godwits
40 approx M pippits
and the star of the morning, a ring tail Hen harrier.

On the shoreline/banks:
300 Oystercatchers
400+ Knot
300+ Lapwing
130 Redshank
200 Sanderling
50 BT Godwits
12 Bar tail Godwits
60 Curlew
200 Brent
Lots of M Pippits continued to fly through, and at one point a Peregrine scattering everything.
