I note that this morning (Saturday) BirdGuides reported 5 Black Tern at Messingham on the 6th. Although Alan reported 2, I mistakenly reported the number seen as 5 (since corrected). This seems to suggest that one of the biggest sightings agencies around, look at all sorts of sites to get their news. (including ours)
I think "Birdguides" is a free service. If you subscribe (around £40) then you will get a specific location including map co-ordinates

Not Stuart it doesn't. I don't see records from Bird Track
Sightings are taken from here (sometimes) Facebook Twitter etc
Bird Track records go to the County Recorder eventually
Twitter reports have the best chance
Alan's records went on the Forum yesterday but I haven't had time to update since the 5th
I will put an update on in an hour or so

If you put them on Birdtrack, Alan - they will automatically go on the system it saves Chris a lot of work.
