I am not sure I would agree with Max's suggestion about not using a new thread for each post as it makes my job of compiling a database each month more confusing but my request to you Pete is that you make an estimation as to numbers - otherwise your sighting will be just one

Well done mate that is a grand total for a garden, I always include flyovers as we do when I go to my patch.

Can I make a suggestion Pete, rather than making a new thread each time for your garden do as I do and put all sightings under the same thread that way both you and us can keep tag of your sightings and compare them over the year.

I've often told people that we don't need to leave our house/garden to go birding etc and you and others prove that point.

Cheers
John aka Max :)
