On 27 01 23 Rob Scott and i were walking on the high wolds ridge near South Elkington and had very good views of a red kite quartering
over a large field of oilseed rape below us , it took a mouse sized item of prey flew on c 200 m then alighted presumed to eat the item

A species now seen regularly along the coast , regards John

Two Red Kites were flying low over Kirmond-le-Mire at 1440 today.
