Great numbers of Brent and Lapwing today.

Late-morning sightings in Tetney Lock area included:
c 150 golden plover
c 20 lapwings
2 teal
c 300 starlings
c 300 Brent geese
c 30 curlews
1 great spotted woodpecker
2 fieldfares
11 redwings
1 Cetti's warbler, seen (miracle!) as well as heard
 Reed buntings and chaffinches were also conspicuous though I didn't count them 

Cyling back to Cleethorpes along Tetney trail, star birds were:
1 siskin
1 willow/chiff 

However, no raptors.
