Yes, it's fiendishly difficult, Pete. They swap positions all the time, especially, if they're squabbling. Then, just when you think you've got it sorted, some of them fly off and new ones fly in.

19 this morning which bumps the record up significantly. That was possibly an under count too; you should try and count 19 Blackbirds in a garden!
