Since returning to Cleethorpes boating lake last weekend, the black swan is continuing ti prove popular with visitors. Word is that it flew in from a private ornamental lake in North Thoresby and only left Cleethorpes last summer when its owner came to collect it.
It appears that Black Swans breed at Lakeside caravan park, North Somercotes as on 26/6/2022 I saw 4 adults and what looked like a juvenile there, also noted an exotic Teal of some sort.
