Thanks for that Alan. I think I know who it is now. I will see if I can can admin to chase him up if they have a phone number or email address
This post has just given me the solution to the Messingham problem. As i answered your last post and asked for details of the wood warbler and ticked the box for notification of any answers to my query I got notification of your reply straight to my email account. So rather than make a new post of your sightings just add them to this thread (just as John Goy does with his garden sightings) each time and hopefully I will be automatically be notified when you post. I hope that is clear

Not sure of date as we were in Norfolk for the week when it was reported.Just thought it might be of interest for people, it would be unfair to give the persons name without their permission but he is a very well known local birder and recently found the Stilts and Black T Diver at MSQ + numerous Spotted Flycatchers and a couple of good wader species !!

Alan is there any details about the wood warbler. I cannot use the sighting if there is no date or observers name usually. It can go down in your name if you are happy with that (ie reported to AHu) but i do need dates
