On the foreshore at 0605 to 0715  hrs 
black head gulls c 5500, greater black backs 23,  also scattered common gulls , 22 sandwhich and 4 common terns 
89 ringed plovers, 67 redshanks , 198 curlews, 58 oystercatchers, 3 turnstones,  mobile dunlin and sanderling, 20 cormorant,
274 canada geese flying south from roost.
2 marsh harriers and 1 sparrowhawk over dunes/saltmarsh .
