Interesting Redwing.

This morning Martin Sizer trapped and ringed a second year Redwing at Donna Nook.  As well as being very late it also had an active brood patch and was sexed as a female. Is there a remote possibility it is breeding in the Donna Nook area or has anyone got an explanation for this?
