You won't hear or see any in my garden due to the damn feral pigs. I often got best part of a dozen now sod all :(

Couldn't agree more Ray. It's a treat to see and hear them in our garden, especially after the decline they have just been through over the last few years.

This spring I'm hearing greenfinches  everywhere I go - not just my own back garden, the Country Park and the Cleethorpes foreshore but consistently in a wide range of suburban habitats wherever there is a suitable amount of cover. How lovely to see one of our most familiar and favourite birds making a come-back from the brink!
