I enjoy WeBS as the data collected enters into a very long data base of over 50 years ,( was known as BoEE) , I have been completing monthly counts for 43 years
on the Lincolnshire coast, and witnessed considerable changes to habitats and species numbers .

Completed a WeBS on foreshore from Main quad to north range markers and another the realignment area,
Foreshore highlights
knot 1550, peregrine 1 (fem took redshank ) grey plover 236 cormorant 92, oystercatcher 338,redshank291, snipe 8 rock pipit 8, skylark 110.

Realignment highlights
brent goose 433 black brant 1( superb plumage crisp white collar meeting at back of very black neck ), redshank188, teal 133, mallard 87, snipe 15,

Steve Lorand having hip replacement so out of action for a while.
