Would be nice if it was a sea eagle juvenile.

This morning I was on Market Rasen Golf Course at 0850.  I saw a large raptor flying north towards Willingham Woods but had no optics with me.  It had a light coloured tail and flew like an Osprey but it is a tad early for them.  Any ideas?
