Hi Peter. I recall green woodpecker being seen there some years ago, although I have never been fortunate enough to locate them. I have also been told of sightings
on the track between the bottom of South Sea Lane and the Beachcomber.

Adjacent Belvoir Rd, parallel to Country Park
 Puzzling absence of birds on this stretch of late, but had a special visitor this morning. Green Woodpecker showing well for 15 minutes. A first for me on this patch.
Two skeins Pinkfeet going over approx 11:15, c150, going SE
Single Mute Swan Cygnet, with one adult. Has been two adults until today
