Well said Alan, it may not be a world heritage site lol but its close to where we both live and as yet very few people go which I always enjoy. I could spend all day there as long as I've got plenty to eat and drink ![:) :)]()
At least we put our sightings on the forum unlike others who prefer to use Twitter etc.
Another plus is Cleatham Farm Shop on the way there and back.

Head to Kirton Lindsey, onto Ings Road ( past Klassic Park Centre ) DN21 4BX. When you continue on road past the Centre there is a railway bridge. We always park in front of the bridge and then just walk the road down which is private at the very end of it. There is a single hide which you cannot access as it is still closed due to Covid but its not much good at the best of times. There is water on the right when you walk down with one obvious viewing spot. As you would expect it is difficult viewing at this time of year due to the hedge growth. You can drive all the way down the road but its not a long walk and the fields and hedge can be productive. At the very end it is worth scanning the fields s waders etc often feed there. It is not the worlds most exciting site and an hour will easily cover it.
